Is this something new in cPanel? Or is it RVSkin?

When customers log into cPanel they get a screen that says "Limited-Feature Control Panel". Then it has the username and password. And below it it has another login for "Full-featured Control Panel" with "Admin Password" field.

The weirdest thing of all is that the customer's logins don't work for either field. This is only for one account plan I have (the lowest one that does have limited features).

I've never seen this before and am puzzled. Especially puzzled that the logins aren't working.

    Any ideas?

What you mention is not native functionality of cPanel/WHM.

While limiting the functionality available to a cPanel user is possible via WHM, what you describe (2 logins for 1 account) is not native functionality.
