Limited options in WebHost Manager issue

    So i thought i'd buy a reseller package at a hosting company, its a package so you can host and sell for own people for them, and so i enter the email where they have setup a temp ip for me to login to my whm, because my domain hasnt propegated or something, and when i login with my details to the whm panel, i can only see the plugin tab, even tho i have reseller access? and the support barely answers, they havent answered any other support tickets that i have submitted in the last months. Idk if this is a bug until it settles on my domain?

    This is an issue at your web hosting provider end, while they added reseller privileges to your account they did give permission such as account creation, package creation and other things from root WHM. This needs to be added from root WHM under reseller privileges which can be done only by your web hosting provider.

    The previous post is correct. You'd need to reach out to your reseller hosting provider to have them add additional privileges to your reseller account.
