limited the database size

    Hello,

    I am looking for a way to limit the size of the database for specific package.

    Hello :)

    You can ensure that databases are included in the overall disk usage calculation for an account by enabling the following option in "WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings" under the "SQL" tab:

    "Include databases in disk usage calculations"

    In addition, you can limit the number of databases allowed to the account when creating the package. However, it's not possible to set a per-database quota limit at this time.

    As Michael states, there is no current way to limit the size for MySQL databases outside of the actual account limits. If you wish to limit the size, you might review this prior discussion:

    The script at this location specifically concerns setting up a quota table (likely best done in mysql database that controls the users and database names):
