There are some email configuration parameters that can be set both via tweak settings and in the package settings:
In "Tweak Settings" on the "Mail" tab:
* Max hourly emails per domain
* Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour
Per-package settings:
* Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed
* Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour
Do these do the same thing?
Assuming they are the same, which type of setting takes precedence? I.e. if "Max hourly emails per domain" is set to 500 in "Tweak Settings" and to 1000 in the package definition, which limit is applied?
