    Hi,

Is there any way i can limit the maximum speed an IP get to use from my server?

I have an account where there is a huge number of email users. when they access the site at once, the entire bandwidth of my server shoot up and slows down all other accounts.

Hope there is a solution for this.

Interesting question... I've seen modules and such for throttling connections, but usually it's the other way around, where you're needing to limit the amount of http traffic... haven't stumbled across this type of thing yet.

I'll advice you to install the apache module bw_limit and limit the bandwidth for the account who uses all bandwidth. It will slow it a little, but the other accounts will not be affected.
