Lingering domain.com.db files

Well, I found I need to delete it, then edit /etc/named.conf...

next question is how can I delete all domains not on my box any longer without having to do it manually?

I have deleted a few domains a while ago from my server, yet a nslookup on my server thinks they're still pointed to itself.

I've found the domain files in /var/named. If I delete those files, will it fix itself, or do I need to do somethign else?
