Can you help me to provide to my client a backup link (what is the command line) because its space is suspended and can not access to his cpanel space at the backup section.

Backing up an account through the command line is only possible with root access. The command to package the account is:

/scripts/pkgacct $username

I made the command line but I didn 't found at the folder level. tar.gz my MySQL files.

Can you help me plz.
