Yes, we were notified by kernel community that we use GPL symbols while not licensing LVE module as GPL (by mistake, we were planning to use GPL symbols for test purposes only, but it slipped into production release). Within 2 weeks of being notified, we corrected the issue -- and provide complete sources for all our kernel and for LVE module released up to date. So, no -- we don't violate GPL at all. Btw, if you spend a bit more time researching the topic -- you would notice that GPL community was satisfied/and they don't consider it an issue any more.
We had always striven to be a good GPL citizen.


Also, not sure why you cannot find right kernel in source RPMs. It is there:
