Main >> Account Information >> List Accounts

Where can we now find the account total when we list all the accounts in cPanel 11.32 release?

I've moved your thread out of the Feature Requests forum until it can be decided if this is a Feature Request or not. Not enough Info here yet.

On the page you mention, you can now search for a specific Package by name (and other options). When you do results are shown of course but if this list is long, there is no total counted and displayed to you. Might this be a request to display a "Total Found is: xx" type of Feature Request?

Not sure, so I'm asking to clarify. :)

    On the:
WHM > Resellers > View usage/stats and manage (suspend, terminate, etc.), page you can select a Reseller and via how many total accounts he has. And, you can click the Sort column to sort by Package. But here again, no displayed message of count.

I know what the area looks like. :)

    From your first post:

In your picture it says 401 Total accounts. If you wanted to know how many accounts are on a Package, you'd type in the Package name, and tick the Package Search By: option.

We got alot of different packages.
I just really want the total number on the server listed as before. Is it possible to get back?

OH wait. My apologies, you're speaking of where it says 401 accounts previously, it now does not. Correct?

If yes, I agree with you. There is no count totals on either that main List Accounts page, nor when you search.

I think I might consider this one a defect. I'm going to look into this and see if there's anything on it already and if not, I'll open a report on it myself.

Good point here on this, good eye. I missed it totally.

    Thanks!

There is in fact an internal Open Case on this (#57953) already.

Thanks again for pointing it out.

    Hello,

Case 57953 has not yet been resolved. Of note, you are welcome to check Change Logs for when a set case has been pushed into a specific version. You can see the set version for each tier at Downloads - cPanel Inc.

    Thanks!

We should be able to address this in 11.32.4.

    UPDATE:
Actually the total count is still there, just labeled as 'records' rather than 'accounts.'
