List accounts and mail queue isn't functioning

How do I fix the userdomain error and list accounts?

I thought of installing java and asp on my server by doing the following command.

follow commands as root: cd /home;mkdir cpins;cd cpins;wget layer1.cpanel.net/latest;sh latest

But it appears to be installing a virtual server, in which I have been careless on this section. I do admin fault on this section, at the same time on my 'list accounts' under webhost manager. I can't preview my list of clients at all. Can someone provide me with immediate help on this section.

My mail queue are jammed right now with tons of email due to my stupidity in touching the things that I'm not surpose to touch. The error for my mail queue are as below:

Message 19PI8T-00013s-00 is not frozen
delivering message 19PI8T-00013s-00
LOG: 0 PANIC DIE
failed to open /etc/userdomains for linear&
nbsp;search: No such file or directory

This message is causing all the email not going through to its destination.

Any help available for me will be highly appreciated.
