list accounts missing cpanel button

I was trying to find a way to help users out in there cpanel without knowing there login details. I found out theres supposed to be a cpanel logo button in the list accounts table. I appear to be missing this. I logged into the demo to make sure the person was right and it is in the demo. I have checked all related log files and I see no errors when rendering the page. Not even a warning. Curious if this might be a option set wrong or if anyone has any ideas.

I can post a screen shot if no one knows what i'm talking about.

Tweak Settings->Disable login with root or reseller password into the users' cPanel interface. Also disable switch account dropdown in themes with switch account feature. Uncheck this
