    We are using a system where accounts that have been suspended for a certain time will be terminated automatically.

    Now since cPanel suspends bandwidth exceeders also, they were terminated immediately because date of suspend is "Thu Jan 1 02:00:00 1970" when fetching a list of suspended accounts.

    Are you planning to fix this? Workaround is quite easy of course, but anyway.

    Code:
    <accts>
    <owner>root</owner>
    <reason>
    Bandwidth Limit Exceeded; Unsuspend by increasing bandwidth limit
    </reason>
    <time>Thu Jan  1 02:00:00 1970</time>
    <unixtime/>
    <user>username</user>
    </accts>

    Hi artsi,

    To my knowledge, the time reported for a suspended account should always be accurate, regardless of the mechanism that caused the suspension.

    You should open a Support Ticket so our technicians can take a closer look at this issue you're encountering; make sure to describe your situation and include a reference to this forum thread. Feel free to PM the ticket number so I might be able to expedite the issue.

    Regards,
