LiteSpeed LSCache in WHM

cPanel can be easily installed using the LiteSpeed WHM Plugin as of v3.1.0.

Is it recommended and technaically possible to install LiteSpeed LSCache without LiteSpeed Web Server?

99% sure the answer is no. LSCache is a function of LSWS, so it's not going to work without LSWS.
