Little help needed Cpanel experts?

hello, i'm currently running a dedicated server with the latest Cpanel. an we have come across a issue. ~ downloads would be slow via FTP/HTTP and we contacted our server host reguarding this issue. and they said. internal test shows that. "theres nothing wrong with the 1GBIT" connection. and still yet. it takes 20 mins to download a 5mbit file from our server.

and the servers not even over loaded


Wondering if anyone can help us solve this issue. "they say the servers fine" ran internal tests. but i'm wondering if something on CPANEL may be limiting it?

Worth the try. or ill be moving hosts.

Is the upload speed also that slow?

Have you tried from different locations?

Yeah, both near the server and over here in the UK, all the speed tests report as slow, but when tests are ran via SSH. the problems just not there. just like something on Cpanel is stopping it?
