I have cpanel installed and apache 2.2 . This might be the wrong place to ask but when you go to the web page is says:If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:

    The IP address has changed.
There has been a server misconfiguration.
The site may have been moved to a different server.
If you are the owner of this website and were not expecting to see this page, please contact your hosting provider.. I know this is not a cpanel problem per say, But i'm hoping there is someone who could help. I do have a index file in my www fold.

    Hello :)

You can check to see if the IP address assigned to the account is the same IP address that the domain name is pointed to from it's DNS provider. If the IP addresses are the same, and you do not have root access to the server, please contact your web hosting provider to have them check to see why this page is being displayed.

    Thank you.
