Hi,

I'm having some problems with the live edit in WHM. I don't think the problem is related to the Live Edit in WHM because i have the same problem when i edit in notepad. Anyway, here's the problem:

I'm trying to edit a language file. We created a swedish language file and started translating it from english. Everything have been working just fine until I've was editing a text with a URL in it. The text I'm talking about is located here:

cpanel - FTP accounts - Configure a client - Instructions (on any of the three clients)

"Step 1: If you haven't installed Core FTP, you can download it here. If you have Core FTP already, skip to step 2."

The translated text looks like this (hope this forum support it):

Steg 1: Om du inte har installerat Core FTP så kan du ladda ner det här. Om du redan har Core FTP så hopppa till steg 2.

It looks fine when i check on another cpanel after I edited the text. But when I've waited about 10-30 minutes it looks like this:

Steg 1: Om du inte har installerat Core FTP så kan du ladda ner det

It deletes the URL and the text after the link. Any ideas?

I know language files are cached for performance purposes. I'm not sure if something in the caching process would alter the content of the language file. Perhaps you may want to submit a ticket directly to cPanel, Inc regarding this.
