I have no idea why this was installed on my dedicated server. It came that way from the host. I've removed it. The server appears to still be fine. I compared it to my others, and none had this service.

Not sure why nobody anywhere (WHT, host, cPanel, etc) ever mentioned this possibility.

It doesn't happen often, but I felt light a deer in headlights.
