Loadbalancing ...... on cPanel based server

Hi,

I have 2 servers one is running with cPanel/WHM and Lamp service... and second server having only Redhat linux ... Now i want to do LoadBalancing between these 2 servers , So please guide me how can i do this....

will it be done with 2 cPanel and 2 servers ? or 1 cPanel with 2 servers ?

And which software i have to use ?

please guide me .....
