On my server I set a backup on remote server to all hosting/customers, but a customer it wants a backup on your local ftp acccount every day.

I can configure a crontab every day for this customer??

    for example:

    1 0 * * * /scripts/pkgacct username

Yes, you could set a crontab to do that. That will basically backup the user's account on a daily basis as he requested.
