SOLVED Local HTTP DCV error does not resolve to any IPv4 addresses on the Internet

Hello,

I have 10 users on a VPS server, all running AutoSSL successfully, but 2 ysers fail to load it with this error in log:

I tried to read many topics here, but it seems this problem have many reasons.

and website not found if I browse from a browser.

It looks like the domain is not resolving to the server, but could you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look to see exactly why domain control validation is failing on that account? You can post the ticket number here and we will update this thread with the outcome.

The problem was incorrect name servers specified within the server's local DNS zone. Thanks for your support
