hello, i have a script that needs to send email, but it cannot authenticate, i think this is because the script is runing locally, if i change it to a remote server everithings works fine, how can i allow for local smtp authentication?

It depends on how you configure the SMTP server. You might not need to use any credentials at all, and just configure the SMTP server to only accept local connections.

Would you be able to detail what the issue was in the script precisely for future reference? Thanks!
