localdomains -> remotedomains

    I have an account domain@.com with hosting,mail, DNS etc this account have another domain Ndomain@.com but they need woth me only the http, I did this step:
    1. create the account domain.com
    2. park/point the domain Ndomain.com to domain.com
    3. delete the Ndomain from localdomains and add to remotedomains

    the account when send the email from domain.com to Ndomain.com the Ndomain.con don't receive the email it stay in queue in my server.

    Where is the mistake?

    Edit the DNS record of Ndomain.com and point the mx record to the domain name of their actual mail server or modify the mail.Ndomain.com cname record to be an a record pointing to the ip address of their mail record and then point the mx record to mail.Ndomain.com.

    You need to setup an MX record for the domain that you want to deliver email off-server. The MX record should point to an A record that points to the IP address of the mail server for that domain (i.e. not your server).
