Anyone know where the scripts directory is located so I can find the reshttpd script?

    The local path is: /scripts/WHATEVER
Run <locate> command without the < and > characters at the prompt to find whatever you're looking for.

In WHM the URL path may say scripts but that does not mean /scripts as seen in shell in some cases the location is in the WHM binaries and cannot be accessed. In the case of /scripts/reshttpd it is compiled inside the code. The equivalant to that one that you can see in shell session is /scipts/restartsrv_httpd which does the same task.
