Lock File

I have a client who is not getting email. The queue is loaded with them. When I try to force a delivery i get:

Here are the permissions:

His mailbox is called inbox. Might that cause a problem? They recently moved to my server from another CPanel server and it was running there.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: The permissions on the folder are set wrong. Reset it to drwx------ and all the mail delivered.

Run mailperm, and permissions its correct??
