Locked out of my own server???

I tried logging into cpanel for a user who didn't give me the right password, and now Im blocked from WHM:
    Brute Force Protection
This account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait 10 minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic.

Its been more than 10 minutes and it still won't let me in.

Is there a way to unblock myself from the command line?

You could always try a server restart with:

    shutdown -r now

    May work :)

You could always try to contact someone you trust to go in and blow out the cphulkd database. I know its not a great way to do it but if you know anyone you trust you could walk them through the process.

Also see this thread/post (scroll down to the post from CpanelNick):
