    Hi,

The log files in the server are not updating. The file
    /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
    and
files in the domlogs for all the domains in the server are not updating.
I have checked the permissions of all related files and they seems to be correct.
    Please advice.

do check if syslogd is running on the server as well as the cpanellogd. Also restart httpd .
Usually many people move domlogs and logs folder and setup a symbolic link but forget to restart these services (one of them which I am not very sure :-D) and so it doesnt update ..
