Hello there!

On one of our cpanel servers, accounts have the checkbox option in the "Raw Logfile Manager" to "Archive logfiles in the home directory _daily_"

And on another of our cpanel servers, accounts have the option in the same location to "Archive logfiles in the home directory _monthly_"

We have looked all over, and not located the server setting that controls this, and we need to be able to go daily as in the first example.... This seems to be a server wide setting for all the accounts are similar on each server.

Any clues would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

In cPanel 11 with the X3 theme I see the following under cPanel -> Logs -> Raw Access Logs:

Configure Logs:

[ ] Archive Logs in your home directory at the end of each stats run [ [every 1 day(s)]]
[ ] Remove the previous month's archived logs from your home directory at the end of each month

What version of cPanel/WHM and which theme are you using on each of the servers/accounts?

reply: cpanel version

Hi there!

Thanks for your message. I have the autoupdate set to: release, manual. I just changed this to release, automatic.

The current config is:
WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S9966

(But, both the servers in question are this build... so the build is not the only issue here. One server is set to daily archiving, and the other monthly...)

Thanks!
