    One question,

After logging into Cpanel (http://somedomain.com:2082), I can create a database and a user for it. Now is it possible for that database user to log into phpmyadmin using the addy.

    http://somedomain.com:2082/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php

or is this just for the cpanel user only. I know i can install phpmyadmin on the domain itself and then any valid user can log in but just want to know if i can using that addy.

I have been looking thru the forums and docs but nothing that really touched on this.
    Thx

    Go on, have a guess
Only the cPanel user can access phpmyadmin that way. You would have to do as you suggest and install a separate copy pf phpmyadmin and protect it behind a htpasswd file.
