Logging messages? (Emails randomly disappearing)

Hi there,

A customer of mine has a problem that his emails disappear from his inbox on webmail. He only ever uses webmail.

Is there a log I can check that checks why the email is gone, who deleted it/how it got deleted?

All the IPs accessing the account seem legit. Is there a way of finding when messages have been deleted? And by which IP etc.?

Some kind of log?
