Having issues login to my Cpanel and WHM. I can't log in from my home Internet and my Buddy down in Florida can't log in also. Two Different IP Address, But I can Log in and Access everything from my LAPTOP on my hotspot from Verizon Wireless.. Anyone have Ideas?

Thanks, I look over that page, I don't see anything like that on my WHM Page. Does it matter thats its on a remote server and I dont have root access>?

You are not going to have access to the WebHost Manager as a site owner. You need to ask your host for help with this.
