Login issues with pop3, cpanel, whm

Hi,

If load goes above 5+ (16 core server), logins stop working ever since upgrading to 11.32 Stable. This happened before only when load spikes to 10+ and to pop3 mail only.

Now, whenever there is a small spike in load, cpanel will say that password is invalid, even though IT IS valid, same with pop3 or even WHM.

How do I fix this? There is something very wrong with authentication mechanism, all my clients are having this issue, which leads to permanent IP ban from firewall due to too many failed logins

You should, if you don't mind. cPanel Support will want to have a closer look at the affected server.
