Any error?

To make sure I understand, when you try to access cPanel, do you see any error at all, or only a totally blank white page in the browser? To add to what serlex said, have you also tried accessing cPanel using the server's IP address instead of the hostname?

If you get the same result when you use the IP address (which rules out any DNS resolution issues), then watch the cPanel error_log while you try to access cPanel. Log into the shell as root via SSH and type the following command:

Code:
# tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
Now try to access cPanel in your browser, and see what errors, if any, are written to the terminal from the tail command.

If, as you mentioned, a forced update does not fix the problem, I strongly recommend submitting a ticket so that we may investigate the problem directly and fix it for you.
