    Hi I'm new to the forum and need help from someone please. When I try to access the cpanel server, I get the message that the password is wrong. I think I probably forgot, it was not me who created the password in Cpanel. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem that occurs at this site hina.com.br / cpanel

    I thank you.
    Regards Rodrigo Hina

    If you have forgotten the password, you can request your host to reset the password. Either way you can try to use IP:2082 and check if it works.

    If you have a Reseller account and have WHM access with you, then can reset the cPanel password of any account from your
    WHM-->Password Modification option as well.

    According to me you should request your host to reset the password. It is an easy and safe process.

    If you have root or reseller access to the WebHost Manager, you can change a cPanel account's password using Main >> Account Functions >> Password Modification. If all you have is an end-user cPanel account, then you need to ask your host to reset your cPanel password for you.

    You need to contact your hosting provider if your provider blocked the cpanel password reset feature.
