Login Problem

Hi all,

Ok so i have bought a new dedicated server with cpanel etc...
I had to change the php Memory value for scripts and then i did a server reboot.
I can log onto the server fine over ssh(putty) but WHM\Cpanel and none of the hosted domains are working.

I have tried executing service Cpanel restart, but I still dont get the cpanel/whm log on screens.
Redstation hosting basically told me they wont help me, without paying them loads of money!

Please please help.

Ok,

Its been sorted thank god. Redstation said they have had to turn the firewall off to give me access??? But at the same time I ran the command service cpanel start, so i dont know which fixed it to be fair.
