Login problem

hello friends

i can login as root throw web and ssh
but i cant login with any other hosting user
i disabled cPHulk and chnged password for my test accounts
and always same thing : The login is invalid.


please help me resolve this

Hello

Please make sure you are accessing cPanel and not WHM when attempting to login as an individual user. You would use /cpanel or :2082 in the URL instead of the same URL that you use for WHM.

I am happy to see it's now working well with the correct ports. For reference, cPanel uses ports 2082 and 2083 (secure) and WHM uses ports 2086 and 2087 (secure).
