    I can't login to cPanel

It's rejecting my username and password

When I try to reset the password - it says sending an email to the email adress on file - nothing arrives

    What can I do?

Make sure that the server is listening to port 2082 upto 2096 as these are needed. Enable in your firewall.

It would appear that its listening so that cannot be the case.

best thing to do is speak to your host, they can reset it for you
