We all know its possible to connect to a cPanel server with via its main shared IP address to the POP3 and SMTP ports and actually use any email address of any domain hosted on the server.

This means, someone with a shared domain and a dedicated IP address can use the bandwidth of the main shared IP address, instead of his own.

Does anyone know how to force POP3 or SMTP connections, to only succeed when the user has connected to his own "mail.server.com" and his own dedicated IP address?
