Login to cPanel and Services Failing

    I have double problem

    when i try to login i get the error

    A network error occurred during your login request. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your network service provider.

    and i get message

    The service “ftpd” appears to be down.

    I try several solution but nothing happen. the problem still remain
