Login to Cpanel interface wierdness

In WHM under Account Information »List Accounts, the CP icons all show the same IP.

When I click the link, I land at the correct cPanel but the IP in the browser addr is the same IP that shows linked to the CP icon.

Everything looks OK in the IP ADDRESS column and the tooltip.

Has anyone seen this?

Hello

The URL used in the cPanel icon under "List Accounts" in Web Host Manager should match the IP/Hostname that you used in your browser to access Web Host Manager. I could not reproduce the issue you have described. Could you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look? You can open a ticket via:

It does. I just assumed that the URL should match the actual IP/Hostname of the cPanel destination and would be the IP/Hostname of the account ....

You will see the IP address associated with the account under the "IP Address" section under "List Accounts". However, the cPanel icon will always use the same hostname/IP address that you used to access Web Host Manager. This is by design.
