    hey guys/girls,

on one of the servers im working on, the webalizer/awstats dont run daily. in fact they dont run at all.

    anyone know what's wrong?

runstatsonce/runlogsnow doesnt seem to do much.

with runweblogs, that works but i cant afford to run it for each username.

Double check your configured all correct in WHM via the "Tweak Settings" option.

Did you check what level this will run at? By default this is set to 1 which on many servers is not an uncommon average load. All you need to do in this case is try upping it to say 5 or 6.

The load average above the number of cpus at which logs file processing should be suspended (default 0):

is that what i need to change? it is set to 0 currently.

What version of cPanel are you running? I had this problem with the latest Edge version and had to downgrade to Current. The stats were running daily but only updating the ftp stats.
