I was going through my logs and I'm seeing a ton of these in my error log. Could somebody shed some light as to what causes it:

Yes, when my cPanel was installed i had the same problem.

open up your httpd.conf file locate at /etc/httpd/httpd.conf

    Look for this:

Make sure you have an entry like this:

    NameVirtualHost 205.214.*.*:80
    Alias /bandwidth/ /usr/local/bandmin/htdocs/

Then make sure you have an entry like this. If you dont add it!

    &VirtualHost 205.214.*.*&
    BytesLog domlogs/your.hostname.com-bytes_log
    ServerName your.hostname.com
    DocumentRoot /usr/local/apache/htdocs
    &/VirtualHost&

Then restart apache /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop then start.

I've noticed a lot of lines like that in my error log also so I decided to look into what you said.

The first entry I have just fine. The second one is there twice, only 24 lines from each other. Both are exactly the same, but the IP address on those lines does not look right. It is not my main IP address. It is not even one of my IP addresses. Should I remove one and change the other IP to my main IP?

    Thanks
