logs update timing

Hello it is now 13.30 UK time and i am looking at TOP on my server, the load is high as whm/cpanel goes through all my user accounts and updates logs.

webalizer, anailog, awstats etc

Is there a way to get this script to work at midnight UK time. My server is with Burst, i have set server time for UK time
