My nightly logwatch sometimes has lines like this:

    Cp-Wrap[16090]: Pushing "32192 COUNTDBS" to '/usr/local/cpanel/bin/mysqladmin' for UID: 32192
    Cp-Wrap[16090]: CP-Wrapper terminated without error
    Cp-Wrap[16094]: Pushing "32192 GETDISK" to '/usr/local/cpanel/bin/mysqladmin' for UID: 32192

    What do they mean?

    Go on, have a guess
Exactly, I'm not sure, but they're from /var/log/secure and are appended there by cpsrvd when cPanel or WHM features are accessed, i.e. when users are accessing cPanel and performaing various functions. Informational more than anything, though handy to track users:

    grep 32192 /etc/passwd

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything to worry about.

My logwatch used to have tons of "illegal user" and "failed attempts" entries until I changed the port a few days ago and that fixed that. The last few days the above was the only thing being shown that I wasn't sure of.
