long username in cPanel 11

I've used to use domainname as username in cPanel 10 I've made some customizations to do that.
but after upgrading to cPanel 11 I can't do that any more
I did all the customizations in the
/usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Create.pm

Account creation from the shell works fine with .pm script and all my customizations works fine
but When I'm trying to create a new account from the WHM it uses
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2

so my customizations didn't applied to the new account

I hope I was clear enough, I need Help:eek:
