they won't uninstall Ensim. I don't feel comfortable doing the uninstall myself

We don't want to be held liable if the uninstall goes bad. That would require a full format and reinstall of the OS. This would cost you well over $100 for rackshack to do. Sorry.

Thanks. I found someone that knows the in/outs of the RS servers and Ensim is able to uninstall Ensim and install Cpanel. Thanks for the response.
