Looking for a PRO to migrate data (Cpanel) from Old server to New

Hello Guys and Gals,
As title says, I am looking for a Cpanel professional to migrate the website database from old server to the new server. I am located in Toronto and would like the tech to be local. Please let me know with your recommendations.
