    Hello,
    I know theres a command to find a string from the haystack but im not sure how to. Currently i got a hang to these command
    Code:
    find /home -type f -exec grep -n 'sendmail -bS' {} \;

    however it didn't show me which file but only the line where it found the string. Is there a way for me to know which file contains the string?

    Try this one

    grep -r "sendmail -bS" /home/*

    Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
