looking for help in 9.5 cpanel admin

hello Friends,

one of my client is looking for changes from admin cpanel

i tried to chang cpanel changes... but it shows some error...

cpanel details.
cPanel Name: Parallels Plesk Panel
Version: 9.5
========================

when i log in for the editing ( XXX @ esparkinfo.com ) i loged in perfectly, but after that... i need to add fuctionaly it's seems like to copy & pest... but their is no function for the same.

basically we need to do "File Extract" & "File Compress" functionality...

can any one give me solution for this...

Are you its cPanel? You are mentioning parallel plesk panel in the thread. Also your post is quite confusing... What exactly you want to do?

Basically I just need to do one thing... that is
"File Extract" & "File Compress" functionality... to use in the cpanle... so just guide me what i have to do for that...

Because I am not able to see any kind of option over there & if it's required to upgrade then let me know which is better as per requirement as above i have mention.

I must get approval from my client regarding cpanle updation.

The File Extract" & "File Compress functionality is available by default in file manager of cPanel. I wanna know what URL you are using for the cPanel? Make sure you do not show your IP here.

It appears you are using cPanel, not sure why you mention plesk in your post. The file management that I believe you're looking for is available to you in the cPanel File Manager.

cPanel > Files section > File Manager
