Looking For Lost Email Issue

So like the subject says, I upgraded my OS and cpanel and the feature to block PHP form submissions from the user "nobody" (a la php) was turned back on by default I guess.

A customer has lost 2 weeks of registrations from their website. Is there a log file where these submits are written to that I can go back and grep out for them?

The php error log if present in the user's public_html and the domain logs at /etc/apache2/domlogs/ may provide information for this.
