I have a server with WHM/cpanel with over 200 accounts (with mail/web/db/ftp) and with some plugins installed (assp and other).

I currently have all this setup on 1 server. I also have another fully working whm/cpanel server (server 2) with 0 accounts on it.

I am looking for someone to setup my server 2 to become failover of server 1 (especially for emails). So basically if server 1 fails, server 2 take over until server 1. Obviously when server 1 comes back online it has to get back the data from server 2 (data that he might have missed when server 1 was off).

Are we talking about failover? or load balancing? If i use load balancing, does it matter that server 2 is not as powerful as server 1??
